The Alexandria office is proud to be part of the 2nd known Heavy Equipment Class in Minnesota!
The class took on the important project of building a protective berm for the future outdoor construction site, laying the groundwork for generations of students to gain hands-on experience in heavy equipment operation.
Interstate Engineering is honored to partner with the program as an annual guest speaker, sharing expertise in surveying and civil engineering. This year, our team had the opportunity to demonstrate topographic surveying, berm engineering, and construction staking, giving students a firsthand look at how civil engineering shapes the work they’ll be doing.
The program’s first class welcomed 23 senior students, and we’re excited to watch this initiative continue to grow and inspire the next generation of operators and engineers!
