LeRoy is one of the original five founders of Interstate Engineering, helping to lay the foundation for what began back in 1976. As employee #0003, his impact on the company’s culture and legacy is immeasurable.
Though he’s been retired for quite some time, LeRoy continues to give back in incredible ways. Most recently, he was involved in a special project with his granddaughter near Grand Forks, helping to design and build a walking bridge as part of a school initiative. Even in retirement, he’s still using his skills to inspire and make a difference.
At 82 years old, LeRoy shows no signs of slowing down. You’ll still find him hands-on, like in the photo where he’s in a red shirt, down on his hands and knees, working alongside the team.
If anyone truly embodies the spirit of “Interactive” at Interstate Engineering, it’s LeRoy. His dedication, humility, and passion continue to inspire us all.
