Interstate Engineering is thrilled to announce that Zach Hatting, a Project Manager & Office Manager at our Wahpeton office, was recently recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree by Prairie Business.
The 40 Under 40 recipients come from various industries and backgrounds, each blazing new trails and making outstanding contributions to their professions.
Zach began his career with Interstate Engineering in 2013 and is currently the Office Manager of the Wahpeton, ND, office. He graduated with a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University. Zach specializes in construction and project management. He has worked on numerous airport, municipal, Department of Transportation, road, bridge, and county projects. Zach is skilled in managing sizeable municipal reconstructions and solving issues throughout projects. The professional achievement he is most proud of is his promotion to office manager, where he can help his coworkers realize their most significant professional potential. He says the most important lesson he has learned while working for Interstate Engineering is that there are always unknowns, but instead of focusing on them as they arise, it is best to focus on solutions and move forward.
