Prairie Knights Casino & Resort Expansion

Prairie Knights Casino and Resort retained Interstate Engineering to perform preliminary work on the feasibility of the hotel expansion and to look at overall costs associated with the project. Interstate began working with AT Architecture to look at various layouts for the proposed improvements.  Based on several different options, the Owner selected two preferred alternatives.  PKC then presented those two alternatives to the Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Council and gained approval to proceed with the project.  

PKC then contracted with Interstate to perform design and construction engineering services for all civil portions of the project and to perform construction administration services for all phases of the project.  This project will include a 100 unit, three story hotel addition attached to the existing facility.  The addition will have a pool, jacuzzi and fitness room and will be designed to achieve a minimum of a three diamond rating by AAA.  In addition, Interstate Engineering will perform design and construction engineering services for a new 200 stall, two level parking ramp structure.
