Interstate Engineering is excited to welcome Dan Tweten, Chief Resource Officer!
Tweten earned his Master’s degree in systems engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and brings nearly 30 years of experience in systems engineering and team leadership.

In his new role, Tweten will focus on aligning resources with our strategic objectives and strengthening appropriate bandwidth as we continue to grow. In addition, he will champion innovation within our workflows, helping Interstate Engineering remain efficient, adaptable, and forward-thinking. Fleck says, “While many of our clients may not know Dan by name today, they will benefit from the positive impact he will have on how we approach and deliver technical work.”
