Internship info:

What project or type of work are you most excited to experience?

I’m just glad to gain experience within the land surveying world.

What’s been your favorite part of the internship so far?

I’ve enjoyed going to a bunch of new places all around the state, but also the places I know, like driving by a place and saying to a family member Hey! I actually helped on that project.

How has your team helped you grow?

The team here has helped me grow by really explaining the how and why behind our work. Instead of just telling me what to do, they want me to learn the best methods to get the job done accurately and correctly.

Outside of the office:

What is your go-to hobby when you’re not busy with school and work?

After work, I’m usually umpiring for little kids’ baseball games. But if I’m not doing that, I’m riding a motorcycle or playing with my St. Bernard.

If you won the lottery tomorrow, what’s the first thing you’d buy?

If I won the lottery, I would buy a new dirt bike. Well, actually, I would buy my grandpa’s pulling tractor and my uncle’s tractor. Then I would fix up my uncle’s tractor and do tractor pulls with both of them.
